I too would recommend going to an allergist. It helped me figure out what to avoid- like the fall season- lol- and I found out I was sleeping with the enemy- my goose down blanket! I am allergic to feathers! I have only found one allergy med that helps me in the fall- Chlortrimaton. Not one of the best ones (drying), but the only one I found so far that works.
Singulair has also made a huge difference! I used to have chronic sinus infections, and now they are occasional instead, usually more prevelent in the fall. My allergist (she is also an asthma dr., though I don't have asthma) has been great (and she also has free samples of everything! lol <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif" border="0"> ).
