Am I feeling good or is it a facade?

I was wondering.. do you always do pft's without puffers or nebs first? I always took them and they wrote it down in the computer when I did my pft's it said .... hours after Serevent.
It's only when I had to do a big set of pft's, with salbutamol in between, when I couldn't take it at home ofcourse. Then we could see the results of before and after.
