does anyone else hold their breath or breath really shallow sometimes without meaning to? Like daytime apnea? My mom and I both do this, I especially do it when stressed or concentrating. WHen I finally realize I am getting a headach and start taking deep breaths I feel SO much better.

Also, anyone read up on Butekyo breathing, one book is called "shut your mouth"? Been meaning to get that book
