Can IV's and Piclines be placed Over Tattoo's?

Just a head's up... Tattoos have been removed from the list of potential hepatitis hazards for a few years. There are a listless amount of reputable shops that you don't run a risk of getting hep at. That is, unless you are getting tattooed by a rusty homemade, overused gun made out of a walkman in a fat, sweaty guy's basement or you're getting quite literally a jailhouse tattoo.
