No problem.
I used to have extremely bad insomnia. Getting healthier has mostly resolved my sleep issues. I'm not saying I sleep as well as a "normal" person. But I sleep better than I have in many years. I still sometimes have trouble getting to sleep and still sometimes wake up too early and then go to work on too little sleep. But I usually get at least 6 hours sleep and I usually get caught up again within a few days. It doesn't go on and on, torturously. I hope you find the answers that work for you on this issue. Sleep issues are pretty miserable to live with.
