We have had problems with them too. We used to get Danny's enzymes from them because we were enrolled in the Wee Care program. We moved to a new state and they sent his meds to the old address at least 3 times. When he turned one we needed more vitamins as he was on a higher dose and they never gave us the additional bottle unless I called and spoke with the guy that ran the program. Just about 2 weeks ago I called to see if they took our insurance and what our co-pay would be for enzymes. The woman I spoke with didn't know--said she would find out and call me back. Never got a call back and found somewhere else to get them. Then one day I open my front door and there is a box from them full of Creon 5. I called and told them that I never actually ordered them and I was not going to pay for them. She wanted me to return them and then realized that they would not be able to dispense them again so told me to keep them and she would not bill me. Fine by me as long as I don't get a bill. As of right now we get Vitamax from them--my understanding is thats the only place I can get it.
