I have done very little exercise for about 10 days. Just walking around the apartment, to the car etc. I've had some fever's and really felt crummy. I thought my body needed rest. Should I have been doing some kind of exercise and how much? I can't imagine performing at the intensity I was before I was sick. Or going to the gym with a cough and runny nose. That would not go well.
