I know many of us feel like we eat all day long, but I was wondering do you try and eat every 2 hours, every 3 hours, or when?
I have bouts of hypoglycemia if I don't eat about every 3 hours. Those bouts make me feel like crap until I eat something. Once I eat, I get the chills until my blood sugar goes back up to normal. The whole experience is draining quite frankly. I am borderline diabetic and have been advised to watch what I eat and drink. However, I have many more lows than highs.
On a side note, it was questionable 1.5 years ago if I had PCOS which has insulin related issues. Have any of you ladies had similar problems?
