I'm really glad to see that your bleeding stopped <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> I guess i'm the odd one out on the enzyme taking here, I take pangestyme - 10's ( generic enzymes) , 1 with each meal and snack.

Ultrase MT20's 6 w/ meals and 4-5 w/snacks.

Glad your bleeding got better and didn't get worse. But def mention it to your dr, thats a good idea.

I have a lot of confusion about how enzymes actually work. I never seem to ask the right questions when I'm at the clinic and I get different answers every time anyway. i take usually 5 MT20s with meals...unless i eat something like a lot of pizza, then i would have 6. i don't think there's a limit to how many you can take, at least i've never heard that. i think it just depends on what your individual needs are. i know there are some people who take a handfull of enzymes -- not sure the strength but i know it's a lot.
