The biggest improvement i saw right away was i finally started to have energy again. I finally felt almost the way i felt before i got cepacia. Cepacia dragged me down and made me feel like perpetual crap and tired all the time .
I also noticed i gained weight.... before the GSH i was 113 - 114 , but have held steady at 120-124 the past few years.
I also get sick less often, and when i do get sick, it is less severe.
Here is the link to the GSH i purchase............... I get it from IHERB.COM

I learned a lot from Diane when I first started too, since she had so many years of expereience with it. I asked her a bunch of questions. I get mine from the same place, iherb and take it orally.
The major factor that I noticed right away also was the increase in energy. It is incredible. I have a mycobacterium that has dragged my energy levels down and the GSH has brought it back up. I love it.
I've been trying to figure out why I've gained so much weight for the first time in my life (seriously), and have started to think it's b/c I'm getting older or something. But now that I've seen you Diane, mention that you connect the GSH to your weight gain, I wonder if that's why I am too. I don't know. My norm has always been around 100-102lbs, but for the first time ever I have reached 108-110lb. I've kept this amount of weight on for months now. One time in my life I weighed 108lb (after tons of exerice and protein shakes) but it only lasted 1 month and then I went back down to 101. These days, I'm not actually doing anything out of the ordinary and I keep telling my nutritionist that I'm not sure why I'm gaining and keeping this weight on, it seems weird. She of course thinks it's b/c of her guidance. lol.
Anyways, the research sure does show the benefit of using GSH as a way to supplement what GSH we naturally lack due to having CF. It's been good to me too.
