There is also an elimination communication (EC) website that sells teeny tiny training pants and underwear. Gerber training pants start at 18 months.

I vote for Commando!!! :

Out 21 month old has decided she is potty training, and gets quite p*ssed when you suggest a diaper.

We bought some cute panties at WalMart but the smallest was 2T, however she has trouble getting them up/down without help (back to the I'm doing it, don't bother me).

So, we have hardwood floors and rags. She hits the potty ~75% of the time during the day, and still asks for a diaper for #2.

Underwear usually runs tight so 2T may fit. We have the opposite problem which I know I should not complain about. Aidan will be 4 in September and weighs 50 pounds. He is currently wearing size 10-12 underwear, the only size that doesn't leave big rings around his belly. We are now cutting back on his calories...

I bought the generic 2-3T Walmart brand for my daughter (no cf, but small) and it was wayyyy too big. My best friend and my sister gave me some Disney character hand me down undies shortly after, and they run much smaller and fit fine for her too. I had an awful time finding pullups though, but finally settled on brand that both Walmart and Target sell. Of course, I can't remember the name , but I'm going to Walmart or Target today, and I'll look. All I remember is that they were a cheaper brand (a plus), and came in either an all pink or all blue package (meaning girls and boys of course ) and were one of the few I could find in the 2-3T that were small enough.
