How do you AFFORD children when you have CF?

I don't have Cf but, my daughter does. Iam a single mom. The guy who helped create her lost his parental rights. So, I get no child support from him. I work full time have two health insurance on her plus a son in college.
I live month to month and don't worry about what we don't have. She is well loved and all her needs are taken care of first. I don't spend money on things like having my nails done or stuff like that. I don't go to the dentist because she needs to go. I only go to the doctor when Iam up against a wall. Her health comes first and everything else wil fall into place. She is like having two full time jobs. The one I get paid to do and the one that I love (being her) I know there is help out there but because we only have three in our family we do not fit the guide lines income wise. I tried to get her SSI and that but that was a lost cause. They said come back whe she is 18.
