Thanks, everyone.
Yes, I vary my muscle groups and days in between. My DH actually has done personal training for people (and is very fitness savvy, I think... LOL) so I kinda follow a program he set up for me. Here is what I do every week now:
Sunday: Cardio and biceps and back
Tuesday: Cardio and triceps and chest
Thursday: Cardio and shoulders
Saturday: Cardio and legs
Sometimes I do have to do days back to back, but according to personal trainers, and what I've read, since I'm working different muscle groups every day, it doesn't matter. Most personal trainers will develop a M-F training plan that incorporates different muscle groups every day back to back (you wouldn't be able to hit each muscle group every week if you didn't). By doing that, you're still giving EACH muscle group an entire week to rest. Ya know? Make sense? <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

But, my initial ? was mostly about how your lungs feel when you add a day to your workout, or add weights, etc... I can tell I'm building muscle, so that's not really a concern. But, I'm mostly wondering about what ya'll experience as far as coughing more, chest soreness, coughing up more crap (and thicker), etc....
Anyone else have experiences with this to share?
Thanks again,
