How many pills can you take at once??!!

I'm actually curious as to whether everyone who takes so may pills, would take them all at once.

I thought of bringing up this topic a while back when I had so many supplements to take, I took them all at once, but some got caught in my throat, and I actually had to hack them out!!

I know I was out of practice because I hadn't taken enzymes in over 14 years! (Actually, I want to ask my doc here to get me on them, after he sees the results of my gastrointestinal test results.)

I used to take 15 capsuls of Cotazym S, and when I had to take antibiotics, it was sometimes an extra five, so I think my maximum number was 20! I would always take it with water, because it was the easiest.

Now, I slowly take five supplements at a time, but remember when it was so easy to take so many at once, instead of one-at-a-time.

As far as the average person, I can still take quite a few at once, but am curious if other CFr's also take a lot of pills at once...

Forte I would use normal Creon and plenty of them. Probably about
16, if it was breakfast time I would also take zyrtec, azitromax, a
couple of vitamins and a couple of fishoil capsules, and a few
extra Creon if I had fatty foods.<br>

After I switched to Creon Forte it's less, 6-8 Fortes, two
vitamins, to fish oils, zyrtec and azitro. All in one go and with a
tiny sip of drink. I can take about eight creons without anything
to drink if I have to, but it's a bit hard. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">

When I was younger I maxed out in the teens ... I think around 14 or so.

Now I take my enzymes and nexium together but for the most part I only take 5-6 at a time. That is 4-5 enzymes and either my nexium or if I am on another antibiotic or something. Any supplements I take are awkward sizes to take together all at one time. I prefer to keep pills of similar size together when I take them - otherwise I have problems with them getting stuck or going in at funny angles and hurting for a few minutes til I can get them down good.

And ALL I have to say is OMG to 25 at a time. I don't think I could fit that many in my mouth ... let alone 25 pills then enough water to get them down with. Geez.

I'm a fairly big guy (184cm, 90+kg), I guess my mouth is equally
big. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0"> Besides, don't need that much water, then again I usually
use milk.

I'm a fairly big guy (184cm, 90+kg), I guess my mouth is equally
big. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0"> Besides, don't need that much water, then again I usually
use milk.

I just counted.
I take 12 pills in the morning and 17 at night! That's a lot.
I can not take them all at one time b/c I feel sick after.

I take them carefully too, or else they get stuck and I freak out.
