Here is my look on this show...Society loves a "shock" factor, anything thats crazy and out of the ordinary will get alot of attention...I am against giving a kidney away like this, however a person has the right to do whatever they wish with their own organs (donate them or let them rot). And I am not going to stand up and say this person can't do this, I would rather see someone give their organs away like this than to not donate them at all. The show will be crazy popular for a few weeks and then die off just as fast the way I see it.
