After having some pregnancy difficulties, an infection, a c-section and then postpartum thyroiditis/cardiac issues that I'm not yet recovered from it's been hard. On top of that I'm finally coming to terms with my CF diagnosis last year.

Something I've always done after recovering is do something I couldn't do while "down". This time I dusted off my treadmill and recharged my ipod, planning to get on it this coming week. Even if I just walk briskly on it, it's the act of reclaiming my normal daily activities and goals that excites and motivates me. I guess when I had to stop a jogging routine I had just started due to cardiac issues it really disappointed me so that's what I'm choosing to be my symbolic "return". Feel better. I'm sure you will find something that makes you smile. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
