I've had it more than once. I'd get infected all the way down my throat and have everything at once: laryngitis, pharyngitis, bronchitis... yuck. A lot of my problems turned out to be a result of my post nasal drip.

Thank you for your words of support and wisdom. It didn't hit me full force this time-- I was able to rest my voice soon after it all started. I drank lots of water and rested. As a mom, I use my voice a lot!! I am glad I didn't loose my voice completely-- it was pretty scratchy and weak for a few days.
