I have this problem too from time to time. It seems to happen when I'm feeling worse. I think mine has to do with my blood sugars and/or just generally feeling crummier.
Don't forget to brush your hair everyday. I know I get lazy and put it in a ponytail a lot. Remember in the old days when women brushed their hair 100 strokes? There was a reason for that:
Our scalp needs the stimulation that brushing brings - getting the blood flow going. When there is no blood flow, the folical looses grip and falls out. (This is one conclusion for why some men who wear hats a lot also loose their hair.) Brushing also helps distribute the natural oils throughout the hair helping to prevent drying.
I got in the habit of brushing my hair real well before taking a shower, I'd rather pull it off my brush than out of the drain <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif" border="0">
Girls, brush your hair! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
