I would ask about the albuterol or Xopenex too. I do mine before any of my treatments, and it only takes about 6 to 7 minutes tops to do in a neb, or I have my HFA inhaler, which only takes a minute. If she doesn't get jittery from it, and the doctors don't have a reason why not, I can only see that it would help. The further the Tobi gets in there, the better.
