I noticed a sign in the Pharmacy the other day stating that some medications can be flavored.
perhaps that would work?
most likely a small fee not covered by insurance, but if it helps?....Priceless.

We always use oral syringes and DS hasn't really had an issue with any of his meds and most of them taste pretty nasty to me; however, Cipro has a weird texture "microspheres" -- so maybe it's a texture issue.

I realize she's older, but we did have issues when he first started taking adeks, but we would put those in the nipple from a bottle and he'd suck them down. I have seen medicine pacifiers at walmart...

Otherwise, I'd see if the pharmacy can flavor it. Might help

i know when i was little my mom would break open my enzymes and put them in a spoonfull of honey. i was 16 mths when dx, so i would say around 2yrs old like your daughter. i don't know if you can crush up cipro, but maybe crush it up and put it in honey <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I don't know how meds for small children work, but I hope they're not trying to get her to swallow Cipro pills? They're HUGE. And they're not gel caps, which makes them rough and harder to swallow.

I'm hoping some of these other people have it right, and it's some form of liquid. In which case, it's not impossible to get her to take it (as it might be with a GIANT Cipro pill), just difficult. I'd go with the two best suggestions here... have the pharmacy flavor the stuff, or bribe her. My mom used to bribe me to go get my flu shots. I got a new toy every year. It worked. *shrug*
