Nose bleeds

So Cory has a history of nose bleeds although usually sinus related. Cory has had so many sinus issues he knows when they are acting up. (dry, full, polyps).
The last 3-4 days his nose has been bleeding everytime he gets into a coughing spell. He does feel like it is sinus related.
Any ideas?

Holly too gets a lot of nose bleeds from sinus issues but I can't remember them ever being form coughing. I know that wasn't much help but I hope he gets better. Maybe he has coughed so much he has sores in his throat.
