My system basically mirrors that of NYCLawGirl -- also, like her, it took quite the effort just to become compliant to begin with! Back in HS, I was terrible with compliance and adherence to anything resembling a steady regimen. It took more than a few hospitalizations and being read the riot act from my doctors to wake me up. Now, though, I don't go to class or attend social functions without completing my treatments. And since I have a feeding tube I don't leave the house for the evening until everything is set up and ready to go once I get home. Nothing is worse than haggling with yourself at 230am over whether or not you want to set up your feeding. Believe me -- the answer is usually no!

Who's Dr. O2 ????</end quote></div>
Its Dr OZ....like in wizard of oz. I have heard of him, but dont know much about him. I think he has a few books on dieting or something of that sort.

Now onto to the original post.........
Don't feel too guilty about missing a treatment or two here and there. Although in a perfect world we should adhere to each and every treatment strictly, even my Dr. said that is almost inpossible to expect. The only time thatkind of strictness generally happens is when you are in the hospital, and even then things can get missed, because of miscommunication, nurses not doing things properly etc.
Get back on track as soon as possible and try to get into a routine ( easier said then done). No-one is perfect and compliance takes work sometimes <u>especially</u> when you are feeling good.
