What i have been doing is getting on my treadmill regularly. I start out at a slow pace and work my way up to a comfortable fast pace. Then i step it up to a faster pace that i have a hard time keeping up with for however long i can continue it ( sometimes only a minute , sometimes 5 ) Then i slow it down till i can breath again comfortably and walk slowly for another minute or two before i stop. I tend to get lazy and not want to walk on the treadmill but i am realizing it is the key to my improvement along with eating a lot more food.
