Thanks for sharing! I knew you were probably pushing yourself a little in that department, that is great. You've motivated me to do that on my treadmill. We have hills in our neighborhood which is great but it is freezing out right not so I am stuck with the treadmill. This is just my theory with no science to back it up, but I notice that my FEV1 is better when my FVC is up. More air in makes it easier to have "more power" out. I find the best way to help with FVC is exercise that makes you breath deep. Way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its too cold here too for me to walk outside. When it is nice out i walk up and down my driveway which is about a block long and on a slight incline. I walk up and down that 3 times and its a great workout since one way is downhill the other is uphill. Its so easy for me to just walk comfortably on the treadmill but i try to push myself more so i can "open up" my lungs, so to speak. Now lets get on our treadmills and get our numbers up <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
