Thanks for sharing! I knew you were probably pushing yourself a little in that department, that is great. You've motivated me to do that on my treadmill. We have hills in our neighborhood which is great but it is freezing out right not so I am stuck with the treadmill. This is just my theory with no science to back it up, but I notice that my FEV1 is better when my FVC is up. More air in makes it easier to have "more power" out. I find the best way to help with FVC is exercise that makes you breath deep. Way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
