ok i think the vest is great and all but personally im not into it as much anymore...i dont think it helps nearly as much as excersise does!....elliptical machine is good and all....i do that mostly now, but mostly bc my ankle hurts from jogging, i used to jog alot...and i think jogging is a lot better than the elliptical bc ur actually like jumping up and down and it is great....and tlakig about jumping..the Jump Rope, u think its dumb, but it really is hard! try and do the jump rope for 10 min and u wont believe the improvment...i go to the gym minimum 3 days a week! and over the last 3 years ive kinda become obsssessed w the gym!....so do a lot of jump rope, thats easy to do in your own home, and if u can, JOG it helps a lot..i used to getting sick often and onc ei started ecersising, the improvement in my health was maazing!
