Pick A Problem, Any Problem...

It sucks. We take a med for one thing and it gives us another problem. We beat the odds with CF by getting older only to encounter other joys like CFRD & Osteo. We are often 20 year old trapped in 80 year old bodies. Makes you realize why some Senior Citizen are so bitter huh? Vent girl, Vent away. I would love to tell you things will get better. I just cant say when! As far as the bars & club hopping, I dont think its the actual activities you get pissed about missing as much as losing the control to make the decision yourself. BAD CF, BAD, BAD~~~

Definitely don't punch the wall! I did that before I realized that CFers have a tendnecy toward osteoporosis; now the 3rd knuckle on my right hand is shorter than the ones on either side. There goes my potential as a hand model! Who am I kidding? I have the hands of an 80 year old man. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif" border="0">

So i know exactly what you are talking about. It seems like every time you eliminate a problem, another crops up to take its place. I hope you get to the root of this problem and have a long stretch of "out of the woods" time <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

If anyone deserves to rant, its all of you!! What you have to go through on a daily basis would make anyone need to rant!!! I bitch and I don't even have a good excuse! You all have made me so aware of what a blessing it is to be able to do some things that I take for granted . . . I'm getting older--having aches and pains--but what the heck, I need to appreciate that. You all have given me a gift. Your ranting is a good thing, and I hope it helps. I am so glad you have a special someone to share this with. Please tell him that we think he's great (you don't think it will make him have a big head do you? Hey Lisa, It really does SUCK !! I think we can all relate to the "guessing game" I hope you got some answers today. and it turns out to be an easy fix ... Its nice that you have a supportive boyfriend, i'm sure he deserves you as much, I say go ahead and cry if you want and/or punch a hole in the wall as well , just kidding... venting to people on the site is really helpful , i think that being able to, has helped us all....
