Pouch bellies

I saw that doctor (Dr. Oz?)who is always on Oprah once talking about it. He said when the body is under stress, your body stores fat on the belly. I believe he said that fat pad on the body is considered an organ, can't remember what it's called but it began with an "O". Anyway, he also said this is the last place the body loses fat. It will use fat everywhere else before it begins using fat from the belly.

I actually quite like mine. I don't like the washboard stomach look. I also think that most women have one anyway, I went to the pool yesterday and the only people with washboards were some of the little kids.

Oh I know that most women have at least a little one but mine is more than the little one. I think it is called the "apple" body. I have tiny legs and arms and then a big middle. I guess it does have to do with the whole absorbing food thing because it is worse at times. Well at least I know I am not alone<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
