Sinus Infection

Jane, I put mine in a glass bottle, and replace it once a week. What I do tho when I go to use the spray, I pour a little bit of the water into a separate cup and draw it into the syringe (or nasal aspirator) that way. I have always done it this way and havvent noticed a problem, thats just how I was taught to do it when I was little and when I got the 'new recipe' last year, it said I could do the same thing. I like it because, maybe b/c I am lazy, but I dont hae time to make a sterilize everything twice a day.

We do the distilled water boiled for 10 minutes allow it to cool until it is luke warm. We wash the bottle with soap and water than dip it in alcohol and allow to dry while the water cools. Make the saline and off you go. Wash again until next use and than alcohol dip for next time. I agree that boil that soft of a plastic would probably not work out too well.
