If you're on some meds such as Flovent, ProAir/Albuterol, etc. that are known to make you jittery wiry, try taking them (or if you're like me, and do them WITH your therapy, then try moving your whole therapy treatment) earlier.
I've gotten to where I do therapy and all those meds BEFORE dinner usually, then I have a glass of red wine before bed every night (it helps me sleep soundly and is very good for antioxidants etc.) and by that time the meds have worked their thing and my body can relax.
Also simple things like reading instead of TV before bed, etc.
I always try to find a natural way before I turn to more meds (us CFers are on SO MANY already). But I don't have a baby... so maybe none of this relates in any way.
