I have problems with soy if I overdo. I cut out soy completely but feel that eating Tempeh is good for me.
I muscle test weak to most soy products except for tempeh. I am going to go off Tempeh for a few weeks and test again to see if I am strong.
Sometimes when I eliminate a food that I have sensitivityt to, after a period of time where I no longer consume that product, I continue to test weak. It is like my body is saying enough already, you tried it and you cannot have it so why take it again lol
