I might be wrong about this but I think that UNC and Duke have the most experience with Cepacia patients. I don't think very many centers in the country transplant those heavy bugs.

I know that Jackson Memorial will transplant MRSA. I think MRSA was a problem many years ago for transplants or they thought it was. Today that is not the case. Cepacia patients can get transplants!

YES, they will tx you if you have MRSA. I don't think it's that big of a deal.
I think with cepacia it depends on the genomovar and what center you choose and their protocol. More and more centers are doing it, though
