I was interested to know how many times a day you guys do your vest... Really my choice is to do it once a day...(really none ) I do it two times a day because that is what my center had told me all along..

BUt do any of you do it three or more times a day? I know my friend John did his four times a day.. Their is no way on God's green earth I have time to do it four times a day... but anyway..

I do it twice daily for 30 minutes, but when I am achy or my back hurts I have done it more. It works great for my back muscles & tension as well as the actual CPT part of things.
