I do it twice daily for 30 minutes, but when I am achy or my back hurts I have done it more. It works great for my back muscles & tension as well as the actual CPT part of things.

i do my vest 2 times a day for 30 mins when i'm healthy. when i'm not feeling tip top, i up it to 3 times a day. (although, there was one day in the hospital when i actually fit in 5 vest treatments! felt like a rock star!!)
