Sean, did you realize you wrote Oregano instead of Oregon? LOL

Alaska and Washington both sound great, But you are in Florida where its warm and gorgeous. In Massachusetts it was 6 degrees this morning and windy just plain nasty. I need warm.

I don't know how far you can go, but Arizona is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. Nice and dry heat. Great hiking. Great Mexican food. It was so much fun, and we even rode mules! lol.

Lovely, my kind of category.
Cruises.
My grandparents love them, and I set them up.
Perfect spot to go, icruise.com. Caribbean good place to go. Should be pretty reasonably priced.
As for smoking, yeah there might be some smoking, if you get the right ship though it should be tolerable. (not everybody packed into one small area)
My grandparents adore Celebrity cruise lines, they said they were pampered beyond all belief. All the other cruise lines like Carnival have gotten 'eh =/' reviews from them, and they are picky people.
As for viruses and bacteria, other guys was right.
If you get a big ship, like the smoking it shouldn't be a problem. I would of course be diligent about using anti-bacterial stuff.
But other than that.. cruising should be fine.
I wouldn't recommend it if you want to go right away, usually with cruising it's a good idea to buy during a certain part of the year when travel is cheap (I've found mid-late December and July/August).
I've found around this time of year to be virtually sold out (besides great Specials they sometimes have going) since everybody has the urge to get out and go someplace warm, plus spring break plans as well.

Anyway that's about all I can contribute.
As for Arizona, I'd go only if you can tolerate dry weather, I thought it was fine but dried me out (got nose bleeds). Weather at the moment should be fine, though a bit on the cool side. Texas is alright, lots of sites to see, more humidity, and from what I hear colder weather. Unless you like snow/colder weather avoid the north east. Though Philly has been having some odd weather lately. I've heard that California weather lately has been peachy, but depends on your desires, and budget.

FYI: They don't allow smoking on most Disney cruise lines. It is a child-oriented trip. There are smoking areas to avoid, but in general, Disney is very good about all that stuff. (smoking, over-drinking, ect)

Right now spring training for baseball in arizona -- or other places for that matter. Rockies are in Tucson as are the white socks -- I think. Phoenix has some teams too. My husband's boss has gone to florida for some spring training games. Also, Grand Canyon is fun.

A coworker is in the bahamas right now. Another just got back from Puerto Vallarta -- did the direct flight, all inclusive resort deal. Cabo San Lucas have lots of whale watching tours thru March.

You've done florida. What's Hilton Head, SC like this time of year?

I live in Oahu Hawaii... I had also come here when i was little... When i am here the warm weather and humid air makes me feel so good. It is also one of the cleanest air... There are alot of things to do with kids here... Kind of silly but we even have a water park thats pretty fun! Um lets see, sea life park is fun to go and swim with the dolfins, of course the beaches... there is just alot of things to do!
As for the cruise thing... I went on Royal carribean for my make a wish when i was 15! I was actually supprised that i didnt get sick! most of the time we were out side of the ship... We didnt spend much time in our room! And it was pretty clean. There was smoking allowed in some areas but not all areas, so we just stayed away from the smoking areas... I loved it!

Arizona is amazing. I went there after a particularly horrific year of surgery and illness and felt my life change. I think the weather is great for CF people, but like Candice said, it dried her out so who knows. The thing about AZ this time of year is that it is hot in the day and cooool at night, almost cold. It is beautiful and peaceful and if you get out of touristy areas can be a real experience.

Myself I am going to Puerto Rico on sunday- never been there before except for the airport on the way to the Virgin Islands. It is fairly quick to get there as far as the carribean goes, and will be WARM. We booked the trip like 4 days ago and it wasn't too bad.

Bermuda is having some REALLY good deals right now- originally we were going to go there. Weather is about 60-70 though (high of 70), and we decided we wanted some more REAL warmth. Still, the deals are really good this time of year precisely because of the weather. You can stay at the Mandarin Oriental which is recently renovated there for some great prices, and the flights were good too.

American Airlines has a direct flight to St. Thomas from Boston. We always go to St. John which is just a boat ride from there, and I highly recommend it. You can rent a villa last minute, or stay at the Westin there. There are also some other small hotels.

The ocean is great for CF, i think. So wherever you go, if its near the ocean, rent a boat for a day or take a boat ride!

I think you should try the Caribbean. Like Caitlin said- St. John.
I heard it's really nice there. The Caribbean is so nice and convenient too. Just pick your island wisely. You'd be surprised (unless you've already been there and know) to find out that some are dirty, not too safe, or just plain casino filled and touristy. I'm only saying some!
I've heard great things about St. John's resort's. And again, St. Martin's French side, and St. Barth's is great.

There's no better feeling for me than when I'm at the ocean. It just opens up my lungs so much. And aren't tans great?!

Happy vacationing,

Christian

Ever consider San Francisco?? It's not AS warm, but it's still in the mild 70's range, I'm sure. Beautifull City, too!!
