Weird times at the gyno--am I the only one?

Every year so far I have been told that I have abnormal mucus plugs down there. Its def. due to Cf but they wrote it in my chart so they know ahead of time. I never had issues with telling them about CF but it def. sucks when they have to take longer to clean it out. GAHHHHHHH <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

Since we're on the subject, does anyone else have issues with odor down there? It seems like no matter how hard I try to stay "fresh and clean" there's always a smell (almost like when there's too much iron in water). Any suggestions? I have an obgyn appt scheduled next month but I thought I'd see if any other CFers have run into the same thing.

I have experienced the same comments about thick mucus. I also struggle w/ yeast infections all the time. In fact, at my last appt the np commented that I was a regular betty Crocker! I do take a lot of probiotic which has helped w/ the yeast, but it never completely goes away. This last visit the np suggested doing something like monistat every other day-just as maintenance.
