Partly because I like the idea of meditation, and partly because I love the detoxifying potential of yoga, I was wondering if anyone has tried Yoga.
I did Bikram a few years ago, and remember feeling great. I can imagine it can only do good for your lungs and reduce inflammation, too.
This article is very interesting, too: about a 38 year old woman w/ CF who owns a yoga studio and has given up perscription meds. (Not sure I agree with that, but to each her own.)

I'm thinking of joining a studio...any recommendations on which type to do? (Bikram, Ashtanga, etc.)
