How to get over oxygen shyness

Thanks for all the help everyone. I guess it's just a situation where I have to swallow my pride and just walk outside with my oxygen on and my head held high. Saying it is easier than doing it, But I'm going to try.

    Question about CF'ers and alcohol

The first time I took a shot of vodka the same thing happened to me, flushed red face and arms, hives, but overall I felt fine. It might just be the fact that you took a shot and the alcohol hit your blood faster than usual, since you said it doesn't happen with beer, and it probably won't...

I was on my iPod and had no idea this was old, but I stand by my statement. I wont get into the marijuana discussion because that could go forever I will say that I know lots of cf'ers that it helps but they don't smoke it, they eat it or vaporize it. And they don't stay stoned all the time...

    Oxygen question.

I'm on anywhere from 3-4.5 liters a minute continuous flow oxygen 24/7 and I use a nasal cannula. I was worried and wondering what happens when I need more oxygen? Most cannulas say to stop at 5Lpm and my o2 concentrator stops at 5 or 6 I think so what happens when I'm needing 7 or 8 liters? I...
