The doctor said he wants to do a bronchoscope so he can get a sample of the lung tissue. He wants to make sure there wasn't any cross contamination. As for the pseudomonas/cepacia, he was diagnosed with PA last year, and ther was no mention of cepacia, so I do not think it is cepacia related...
