It sounds really cool, and it's nice to hear it from someone who owns one...but what puts me off that is that you say it cannot be sterilized...(does it have metal or a mesh or something inside the nebcup, or all just plastic?)

I'm no doctor but I personally don't buy the endotoxin die-off thing when it is this extreme, to me sounds like an allergic reaction, esp since it starts immediately when the drugs enter your bloodstream. Also, don't they always say the antibiotics take about 48 hours to really start working...
