The only possible explanation I could think of this is that since you are pregnant, you probably have more blood volume, and when you are having sex (and more specifically having an orgasm), your blood pressure probably rises quite a bit, causing more pressure on the blood vessels in your lungs...

Thank you so much! I think the bleeding has stopped. I knew that it was possible, but I haven't had any other spotting since my implantation bleeding, so I was getting a little worried. I still haven't had any cramping, so I think I may be out of the woods for now. Thanks again! Marisa RN, 23/CF
