Anyone else have this.  I am nauseous and throwing up and itch but not on bactrim anymore. Does it take awhile for the drug and its symptoms to leave your body! Ugh, I am miserable!<br>

Funny, I talked to my doc about NAC and he said it might help, depends on individual. But he was firm on just going to GNC and getting NAC pills.  I wonder if GNC is good or bad?<br>

Thanks for all the replies. Yeah I do have a whole system that I do and I think I keep things pretty clean. You would think the "way" these pharmacies talk about cross contamination, don't get tap water on it, etc etc they should give us disposable one use nebs. Then we would not have to worry...

I have had this problem before and it was the black adapter plug that goes into the eflow controller and then plugs into the wall. If you get your stuff from Foundation Care Pharm they should be able to send you a new one. They are better with sending replacements for Alterra Eflow than TRIO...

Thanks for the replies. I actually do not have staph but am taking it for something called Achromobater or something like that and stenophonomas..... I have found Benadryl helps and the doc says to take it. I do not like taking it cause it dries you up and that is not good for CF but at the same...

So I was watching the videos on how to clean and disinfect and I do not understand why you have to use distilled ( and now they are saying boiled distilled) water to clean it but then after you disinfect it with the control solution you can use tap water. On Bactrim for 2 weeks and it is BRUTAL! The side effects are so bad! Headache, nausea, loss of appetite, feeling like I have the flu. UGH! Working well on the lungs but everything else feels like *&^%&<br><br>Thanks!<br>
