I look at this cycle as an endless vortex. You're depressed and you don't do your treatments, which makes you depressed because you are sick and feel your PFT's could be higher and then you continue to not do treatments ad infinitum.

I liked Ultrase as well. Ultresa has been approved, but when I tried to get it a few weeks ago I was told it wasn't available for order yet. We had a look at the breakdown of Lipase, Amylase and Protease for Ultresa and it is similar to Ultrase. I have an appointment in May and I will check...
Sildenafil and vardenafil has been studied in mice with homozygous DF508 with some positive results. There are still some issues that need addressed, particularly dosing. I don't think it's been studied in humans yet.
