So my C.f. nurse says i should still stay on my ADEKS while also taking my prental vitamins. I have read in my pregnancy book that taking too many vitamins can sometimes be worse than not taking any at all. So i asked my ob doc. and she suggested i only take prenatals b/c she said that too...
