FALLING SKIES cf mention

There have been some studies on symptomatic carriers. I will have to look them up. I can't recall how conclusive they were.

    Rapping helps me spit!

I agree totally. I was in chorus in HS and college and it's a great workout for the lungs. These days I use the time in the car driving to clinic to sing and warm my lungs up for PFTs.

    Social Network for CFers

I got an email from my clinic today with a new social networking site for people with CF. It's a Facebook style network, which apparently just launched. It looks promising, although there aren't many registered yet. Check it out www.cffone.com

Where do you tell people to look for CF info?

I think we need to remember that wiki's are there for the public to edit and add pertinent and accurate information about a topic. If you aren't happy with how wikipedia paints CF you should edit it so that it reflects more accurate information. I would also suggest creating your own wiki to...

    Traveling by plane with medication?

I've never traveled internationally with anything other than enzymes. I would probably call your clinic to make sure, but I think it would be ok to leave the pulmozyme unrefrigerated during your flight to Canada. If I am wrong, then your only recourse would be to mail it ahead, or pack it with...
