joint pain - help with diagnosis

I have no experience with CFRA but was just thinking about some natural therapies like acupuncture, Reiki or nutritional analysis might help. Many of these systems can really help and are gentle for children. Just an idea. Not sure what the availability and licensing procedures are in Europe...

    repeating the sweat test.

Ben's mom, it took our Ben some time to finally even out after 14 weeks of malnourishment due to needing enzymes and being undiagnosed. When they do not have enzymes for so long the gut is inflammed and never had a chance to build the proper flora to aid in digestion. We breastfed and...

    repeating the sweat test.

I agree with Amy. Had we received a DNA panel test like Ambrey or Guthrey at 7 weeks when he presented with vitamin K deficiency it would have saved us 7 more weeks of unsuccessful sweat tests and many more complications. It wasn't until the 4th one they finally were able to get a positive and...

    Can't Believe This!

I tend to agree with Amy. Sweat tests are finicky and in my opinion should be done in conjunction with a Ambrey or Guthrey panel DNA test. It looks for over 1000 mutations (correct me here guys if wrong) which is much more conclusive. There are those who have CF (diagnosed through genetic...

    Magic of Broth

I thought my stock pot (I like the term jennie better) was big but for the beef broth I needed to get an even larger one. My mouth is watering with all this soup talk. My nanny (grandma) was Irish so soups and stews were great...Irish soda bread dark and light - yummy. My hungarian grandma...

    Magic of Broth

I am so glad to bring back real broth to my family. I love the smell in the house. Our kids love soups too. What's your absolute favorite comfort soup? My mom made me beef barley after my daughter was born...it was the only thing that made me feel better at the time. So it gets a huge vote...
