What needs to happen is there needs to be a solution like Yahoo! where answers can be voted upon. Then, only the top answers are at the beginning of the post. If a post gets too many negative votes, it is hidden, unless you choose to show it.

Yeah but if her EF is so bad that it is causing pulmonary issues, then she would likely be seriously hypoxic, have exertional dyspnea, and perhaps even syncope or near syncope. That and she would have to have an underlying condition like cardiomyopathy.
