    Looking like you have CF

    I definately don't look like a 'typical' cf'er. As a result I get every comment from "are you sure" to "really" or just a screwy look so I have just started saying "Yeah, I'm the fattest CF'er LOL" at 5'6'' and 145lbs!

    Salt and CFers question

    if anyone has any info related to those of us with negative or borderline sweat tests and salt I wold greatly appreciate it. Growing up I NEVER ate salt and hated it and did fine, as an adult after dx I still didnt add it but sicne about 2 years ago I did start adding it, I dont notice a change...

    Low Sugar High Cal Food?

    if you want to stick with good (mostly) fats then I would suggest: nuts, avacados (think guacomole, or just plain with a splash of lime, or in a salad), guacomole, all forms regular fat dairy (not as good but pretty good).
