My thought is that NAC prompts the production of glutathione which may mean that there is more GSH produceed at the site within the lung itself...Taking oral GSH may not actually get it to the site because some is lost through the digestive system...I dont actually know, they do say that no GSH...

Do you take 600mg once or twice daily? Do you know of a mg to kg/lb ratio (for NAC)? I'm trying to get some NAC for Sam, but have had him on GSH for a few months...it's hard to know whether it is making a difference or not. Where did you get your NAC in Europe? Do they post overseas?
