Im not sure this is the correct one. The reduced one is for NEBULISING only, and not to be taken orally. Mine actually says on the back that they are not to be taken orally. The GSH you want from Theranaturals are called Cur-caps. They have curcummin, GSH and selenium in them. Recommended dose...
