As Blindhearted said above , I alwasy get the suppressant and expectorant combo when I need something - and as a rule suppressants are a no no, but sometimes I find you gotta do what you gotta do. Propping up pillows helps me too. I also use a vaporizer with eucalyptus oil in it. I know a lot...
